Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Team Member, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, operating heavy equipment safely, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move materials efficiently. Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software (such as AS400 or Warehouse Management System), and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments, verifying orders with picking & packing procedures, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Handle materials safely using manual handling techniques and adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves properly and ensuring all materials are stored securely using appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals related to order fulfillment, load & unload tasks, and logistics coordination. Follow all safety procedures diligently during heavy equipment operation and materials handling to prevent accidents or injuries. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes or order pickers is highly preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory management software (e.g., AS400), and warehouse management systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Basic math skills for counting inventory, verifying shipments, and processing orders accurately. Excellent manual handling skills combined with a focus on safety protocol adherence in fast-paced environments. Previous warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Technical proficiency with material handling equipment operation and inventory control systems is highly desirable.
