What You’ll Do As a team lead, you’ll be part of our team located in Brewster, NY. You’ll get to: Leads the Receiving Department and ensures that all jobs are completed safely and correctly with a focus on quality and compliance Receive product into WMS, verify accuracy and UOM. Report discrepancies and troubleshoot any received shipments and/or errors. Support development of direct reports through coaching and various training initiatives. Interact with other departments to resolve issues. Track receiving and employee productivity. You also have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2 to 4 years of warehouse / receiving experience is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Advanced knowledge of LPN, pallets, labels, etc. Experience with WMS and handheld devices (RF). Forklift operation experience and certified. Experience in a fast paced, distribution type environment. Computer knowledge with Microsoft office and WMS. Ability to communicate with vendors. Data entry skills.
