ConfidentialSeptic Pump Truck Driver (CDL) Clearline Septic & Pumping | Auburn, WA $28–$35 an hour · Full-time · 40–50 hours per week · Weekends as needed Clearline Septic & Pumping is a new, locally owned septic pumping company serving King, Pierce, and Thurston counties. We're launching with 2,300-gallon pump trucks and looking for dependable drivers to run them. This is a residential pump-out route, home every night. A normal day is 3–4 pump-outs within an 8-hour shift. You'll locate and uncover tank lids, pump and clean tanks, run dump trips to the Renton disposal site, and leave every customer's yard the way you found it. You're the face of the company on every job, so we need pumping technicians who work efficiently, work clean, and treat customers right. Pay: - Starting pay $28/hr and up, depending on verifiable experience - $2/hr raise after your first 90 days - $3/hr raise every 6 months after that, up to $35/hr - $50 per dig-out job (buried lids) - Daily production bonuses (contact us for more details) Requirements: - Class B CDL with tanker endorsement - Septic experience preferred, will train the right CDL driver - Clean driving record - Registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse - Able to dig, lift tank lids, and handle hoses up to 50 lbs Benefits: - Paid sick leave - PPE provided Room to grow: We're building a fleet, and the right drivers can grow with it.
