Warehouse Support- Seasonal

Seasonal Position The Warehouse Support position is responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of catering logistics. This role ensures proper receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of catering supplies and equipment. The incumbent will support event execution by preparing, staging, and delivering materials in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries of food, beverages, and catering supplies. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damages to management. Rotate stock to maintain product quality and minimize waste. Prepare, pack, and stage catering equipment, linens, and supplies for scheduled events. Assist with safe loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to designated event sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Label and arrange inventory systematically to facilitate efficient access. Adhere to all company safety protocols and food handling procedures. Collaborate with catering staff, drivers, and event managers to meet operational needs. Provide responsive support to kitchen and operations teams regarding supply requirements. Other duties assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
