Given our growth, we are currently looking for a Warehouse supervisor  to join our dynamic Toronto  team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • - Inventory management: The warehouse manager supervises the entry and exit of products, ensures proper stock rotation, ensures the optimization of available space and the updating of the inventory of materials in the yard.
  • Team organization: He leads a team of order pickers, delivery people, and ensures the proper distribution of tasks. He also ensures ongoing training of staff.
  • Compliance with safety standards: He ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, both for employees and for stored products.
  • Delivery Control: The manager must supervise the reception of goods, verifying the conformity of the products delivered to the purchase orders, and their proper storage.
  • Shipping Management: He supervises the preparation of orders and their shipment, ensuring that they are sent on time and in good condition.
  • Process Optimization: He suggests improvements to make operations more efficient and less costly (reducing storage times, improving layout, etc.).
  • Reporting and performance monitoring: The warehouse manager monitors performance indicators (quantity of items shipped, error rate, customer returns, etc.) and provides regular reports to management.


The skills / Qualifications required for this position include

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction materials industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to handle emergencies and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and tools, including proper storage, handling, and basic usage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline.
  • Ability to work weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
