Make a direct impact on the performance of a high-volume distribution operation Develop team members through hands-on coaching and leadership Build your career with training and internal growth opportunities About the Role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct daily workflows, coordinate with fulfillment teams, monitor key performance indicators, and oversee shipping activity to keep shipments accurate, timely, and cost-effective. What You’ll Do Lead team hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and day-to-day development Manage schedules, assign work, and monitor performance against daily key performance indicators Promote a safety-first culture through training, operational oversight, and daily safety checks Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse standard operating procedures Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies Oversee daily shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives that support timely, cost-effective shipments Resolve shipping issues and team conflicts promptly and professionally Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and operational best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience Experience leading diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach Flexible availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends Work Environment Active leadership role requiring standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the workday Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation, Daily Pay, direct deposit, and performance-based and length-of-service bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, prescription, dependent and domestic partner benefits, plus health savings and dependent care account options 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and short-term disability Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave Training, career development, tuition assistance, and dependent scholarship opportunities Employee referral bonus program, employee purchase and travel discounts, wellness programs, safety equipment, footwear, and uniforms Who We Are Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is North America’s leading distributor of specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine parts and accessories.
