What you will do : Customer Service focused and fluent in NCE warehouse & system processes Responsible to manage and generate warehouse metrics and dashboards Assign orders to order fillers Help facilitate daily flow of workers to achieve maximum efficiency Facilitate discrepancy resolution Checking orders, order filling, shipping, receiving, cycle counting Back up to Warehouse Leads and other key areas Training, Leading, Mentoring new and existing warehouse associates Facilitate associate performance reviews, evaluations and daily huddles Other duties as assigned What you will bring : Good oral and written communication skills Self-starter, Team player with the ability to lead others Previous warehouse experience mandatory Accurate, dependable, and punctual Detail oriented Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Warehouse environment Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
