Controls CenterThe Warehouse Supervisor’s primary function is to lead and manage all shipping functions; general material handling duties; cycle counting and inventory records accuracy and picking of orders. Warehouse Supervisors will join our mission to “Make the tech in the truck more efficient” and embrace our vision to “Enhance lives through solutions.” Core Values: Honesty – We keep our promises, are truthful, and instill confidence Excellence – We passionately deliver exceptional experiences Accountability – We are all accountable and strive for results Respect – We value others, care about people, and treat them respectfully Teamwork – We work together to provide solutions internally and externally Essential Functions: Effectively supervise warehouse team members comprised of various degrees of education and work experience Assist warehouse team to accomplish any task when needed, as well as schedules accordingly to drive success Performs and observes others operating all equipment with a safety-first mentality and corrects behaviors when needed Ensures deliveries and transfers meet customer and warehousing expectations using all resources available Protects company assets through conditions, returns, discrepancies, inventory, staging, and predictive leadership Works in unison with inside sales, as well as systems to ensure product flow enhances the customer experience Leads team by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
