MW CompanyOutside Recruiters not needed Warehouse SupervisorJob Summary MW Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory organization, and deliveries. This position will lead and support the warehouse team while ensuring materials and finished goods are received, stored, shipped, and delivered accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is organized, safety-minded, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and delivery activities. Receive and organize raw materials, scrap, and finished goods. Prepare, pack, route, and schedule orders for shipment and delivery. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using warehouse/ERP systems. Assign work, train, and provide direction to warehouse employees. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of warehouse employees. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures. Safely operate or oversee the operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency. Work closely with other departments to ensure materials and orders are handled accurately and on time. Communicate operational issues, inventory concerns, shipping/receiving problems, and other concerns to management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications BS or High school diploma. 5 years experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. 5 years warehouse supervisory experience. Experience training, directing, and supervising warehouse employees. Experience with warehouse management, ERP, shipping, or manufacturing management systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials of various sizes and weights. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach overhead, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel. Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse conditions. Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment as needed. Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Why Join MW Company?
