Responsibilities Tasks Supervise the operational logistics of the organization Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization Coordinate activities with other work units or departments Train employees on tasks and policies Coordinate, distribute and review work Request or order materials, equipment and supplies Establish work schedules and procedures Carry out performance evaluation and appraisal Functions and activities of supervisors 3 to 4 people 5 to 10 people Education Certificate or diploma from a college, CEGEP or other non-university educational institution from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Experience 3 years to less than 5 years On site Work must be performed in person. There is no possibility of remote working.
