Warehouse Supervisor — $42/Hour + Overtime Precious Cat Inc. | Cheyenne, WY Full-time | Hiring immediately Precious Cat Inc., manufacturer of Dr. Elsey’s cat litter, is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our high-volume manufacturing and shipping facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing forklift operators, coordinating the loading of approximately 30–50 outbound trucks per day , managing incoming products, and maintaining inventory accuracy. We need a dependable supervisor who can keep operations organized, communicate clear expectations, and help the team meet shipping goals safely and accurately. Pay and Benefits $42.00 per hour Overtime paid at time and a half — $63.00 per hour for hours worked over 40 in a workweek Medical and dental insurance premiums paid 100% by the company 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid time off Schedule and Availability Start time: 4:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, with end times based on shipping and production needs. Must be willing and available to consistently work overtime, including extended days and occasional weekends and holidays. Expected workload is generally 40–50 hours per week, with some weeks requiring up to 60 hours . Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily work of warehouse staff and forklift operators. Plan and oversee the safe, accurate, and timely loading of approximately 30–50 outbound trucks per day. Coordinate unloading, receiving, staging, and storage of incoming products and materials. Assign tasks, communicate priorities, and adjust staffing assignments as shipping and production needs change. Verify shipment accuracy and resolve loading, receiving, and inventory discrepancies. Maintain organized inventory and storage areas and provide daily inventory reports to management. Work closely with the Logistics team and Production Supervisor to coordinate shipping schedules, product availability, and warehouse priorities. Train and coach employees on safe forklift operation, warehouse procedures, productivity, and accuracy. Monitor performance and address issues promptly with employees and management. Identify and implement practical improvements to warehouse workflow and operating procedures. Operate a sit-down forklift when needed to load or unload trucks and support production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications Proven experience supervising warehouse operations, preferably in a high-volume shipping or manufacturing facility. At least 3 years of forklift operating experience . Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate work, set clear expectations, and hold employees accountable. Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, and shipment verification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse employees, truck drivers, Logistics, Production, and management. A hands-on approach and willingness to assist the team when needed. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving products and materials weighing 50 pounds or more. Dependable attendance and availability for a 4:30 a.m. start, overtime, and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Location Requirement Applicants must live in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or be willing to relocate to Cheyenne before starting employment. Out-of-state commuting is not an option for this position.
