Warehouse Supervisor
Good quality paper Inc.Job Summary Lead daily warehouse operations and keep products moving safely and accurately through receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll guide the team, coordinate logistics, and strengthen processes across warehouse distribution and distribution center operations. Your impact: By improving inventory accuracy and shipment flow, you help colleagues work efficiently and customers receive the right products on time. Duties Direct team leadership, staffing, and task assignments; communicate priorities clearly and support consistent performance. Oversee shipping and receiving, materials handling, and safe use of forklifts and other material handling equipment. Maintain inventory control and inventory management using inventory management systems, a warehouse management system (WMS), and radio-frequency (RF) scanners. Monitor warehouse operations, resolve workflow issues, and identify process improvement opportunities using lean management principles. Coordinate logistics with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners; use Microsoft Office to maintain records and share updates. Requirements Warehouse experience; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Experience with warehouse management, inventory management, and warehouse distribution processes. Ability to lead teams and communicate managerial updates clearly. Familiarity with inventory management systems, WMS tools, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office. Safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment; ability to perform heavy lifting. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) practices, shipping and receiving, and 3PL coordination is preferred.
