Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary Lead daily warehouse operations and keep products moving safely and accurately through receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. You’ll guide a team, coordinate logistics, and use inventory data to resolve issues and improve processes. This role requires warehouse experience; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Responsibilities Assign work, coach team members, and communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates. Oversee shipping and receiving, materials handling, and distribution center operations; verify orders and resolve workflow issues. Maintain inventory control through cycle counts, accurate records, and inventory management systems, including a warehouse management system. Operate or oversee forklifts and other material handling equipment; use RF scanners and follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. Identify process improvement opportunities using lean management principles. Skills Essential: Warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, logistics, inventory management, team leadership, and clear managerial communication. Essential: Ability to perform heavy lifting and safely operate material handling equipment; forklift experience is important. Essential: Comfort using RF scanners, inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Warehouse supervisor experience, distribution center operations experience, and familiarity with lean management and process improvement. Preferred: Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory control, and team management.
