Warehouse Supervisor Miami, FL Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site TempExperts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations for a busy logistics and supply chain environment located in Miami, FL . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands how to keep warehouse operations organized, productive, accurate, and safe while leading and developing a team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory or operations leadership experience , with a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and material handling. Experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, international logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or a high-volume logistics operation is especially valuable. Top Skills We’re Seeking: Previous warehouse supervisory, lead, or operations leadership experience. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, and warehouse organization. Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold warehouse employees accountable for performance. Experience improving productivity, accuracy, safety, workflow, and SOP compliance. Strong hands-on understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. Experience with forklift or other material-handling equipment is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse employees to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Coordinate workflow across receiving, put-away, inventory, order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Assign daily responsibilities and monitor employee productivity and performance. Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and physical inventory processes. Ensure employees follow established warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and SOPs. Identify workflow issues and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Work closely with logistics, customer service, transportation, and other departments to meet customer and shipment requirements. Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, equipment usage, and overall operational readiness. Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. Address operational issues and help ensure customer and shipment requirements are met. Perform other related duties as assigned.
