outgoing orders accurately and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing order shipments according to invoice details.
• Order Verification: Double-check product specifications, quantities, and order details to ensure 100% accuracy before dispatch.
• Shipping Label Creation: Generate, print, verify, and attach shipping labels using courier portals and internal systems.
• Logistics Coordination: Organize packed shipments for carrier pickup and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, efficient, and well-organized shipping station.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (PR, Citizen, or Valid Work Permit).
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken) for handling shipping addresses and order notes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift packages and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
