Job Summary: McCourt Equipment is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and take ownership of inventory accuracy, organization, and accountability across multiple locations. This position will directly oversee a team of six warehouse employees in La Grange, TX, while providing remote leadership and support to warehouse personnel in Odessa, TX, Fort Worth, TX, and Lakeland, Florida. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, establishing consistent processes, and supporting the timely movement of parts and components throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes pride in an organized warehouse, understands the importance of inventory accuracy, holds team members accountable, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside their team. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Warehouse Leadership & Team Development Lead, supervise, and support warehouse personnel across all McCourt Equipment locations. Provide direct, hands-on leadership to the La Grange warehouse team while maintaining regular communication and oversight of remote warehouse personnel. Coordinate daily assignments, establish priorities, and monitor workloads to ensure warehouse responsibilities are completed accurately and on time. Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for productivity, accuracy, safety, and overall warehouse standards. Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, warehouse processes, equipment operation, and company expectations. Conduct regular check-ins with warehouse personnel across all locations to identify challenges, provide support, and promote consistency. Work with management and Human Resources on employee performance, staffing needs, and opportunities for team development. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. Inventory Management & Accountability Take ownership of inventory accuracy, organization, and accountability across all warehouse locations. Oversee the receiving, recording, storage, transfer, and distribution of parts, components, and inventory. Ensure all inventory transactions are entered accurately and timely into the company's inventory management system. Monitor inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate and oversee routine cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliations across all locations. Establish and maintain consistent inventory control procedures to minimize errors, misplaced materials, and inventory loss. Ensure inventory is properly labeled, organized, stored, and maintained in designated locations. Monitor inventory transfers between branches to ensure proper documentation, tracking, and receipt. Work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, and other departments to resolve inventory concerns and maintain accurate inventory availability. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and overall inventory processes. Daily Warehouse Operations Oversee daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and material-handling activities. Ensure incoming shipments are inspected, verified against receiving documentation, and accurately recorded. Coordinate timely processing and shipment of parts and components to customers, service technicians, and other McCourt locations. Monitor outstanding orders, shipping deadlines, and warehouse priorities to prevent unnecessary delays.
