Position Summary The Contents Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all contents restoration operations from initial inspection through final pack-back. This role provides leadership to production staff, ensures adherence to company standards and safety procedures, maintains quality control, manages warehouse operations, and supports profitable job execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities Production Management Oversee all contents restoration activities, including: o Pack-outs o Inventory and documentation o Cleaning and deodorization o Textile processing o Storage management o Pack-backs and deliveries Coordinate labor and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Monitor production goals and adjust staffing as needed. Ensure compliance with DRYmedic procedures and industry standards. Team Leadership Supervise Lead Technicians, Technicians, and temporary labor. Conduct daily production meetings and assign work tasks. Train team members on contents handling, cleaning techniques, inventory management, and safety procedures. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and development. Maintain accountability for productivity and quality standards. Quality Assurance Ensure accurate inventory and documentation in ContentsTrack and DASH. Perform quality inspections throughout the content’s restoration process. Verify completion of required photographs, notes, and job records. Minimize breakage, loss, and customer complaints through proper handling procedures. Warehouse Management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Manage vault storage, staging areas, cleaning stations, and textile processing areas. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, packing materials, and equipment. Coordinate equipment maintenance and vehicle inspections. Customer Service Serve as a point of contact for customers during project execution. Provide updates regarding project status, timelines, and expectations. Address customer concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure a positive customer experience from pack-out through pack-back. Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA, company, and industry safety standards. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe operation of equipment. Conduct safety meetings and job-site inspections. Report incidents and maintain compliance documentation. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in contents restoration, moving, logistics, restoration, or related field. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Valid driver license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to work in warehouse, residential, and commercial environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Contents Track, DASH, Xactimate, or similar platforms. IICRC certifications (FSRT, OCT, CPT, or related). Forklift certification or warehouse leadership experience. Prior restoration industry experience.
