Hotshot Driver Non CDL & Box Truck Driver

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hotshot Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. This energetic role offers the opportunity to operate a Hotshot with 30 or 40 ft trailer, or a 26 ft Box Truck ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Non CDL (OTR) YOU MUST HAVE DOT PHYSICAL & YOU ALSO MUST HAVE PPE TO START. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!! Duties Safely operate truck and trailer Follow established routes for delivery and pickup, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and route information for compliance and record-keeping purposes. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delivery updates, or potential delays. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times. Skills Proven experience in truck driving or delivery driver roles with knowledge of route planning and navigation. Strong understanding of load & unload procedures to ensure cargo safety and integrity. CLEAN driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Physical ability to load/unload freight manually or with equipment as needed; good stamina for long hours on the road.
