Agronomy Warehouse Specialist

Legacy Farmers Cooperative is seeking an Agronomy Warehouse Specialist to support our agronomy team. This hands-on position handles crop protection products, fertilizer, and seed while helping keep warehouse operations organized and customers served efficiently. What You’ll Do Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of bulk and packaged agronomy products. Pick and verify customer orders and prepare products for pickup or shipment. Repackage bulk crop protection products for customers and internal use, maintain accurate logs, and follow applicable regulations. Inspect and maintain bulk containers, pumps, meters, and hoses, including meter calibration and required recordkeeping. Assist with month-end inventory counts and year-end audit preparation. Help applicators load sprayers and prepare products for application. Operate and maintain the fertilizer plant and related equipment. Assist with seed treating operations, maintenance, and cleanup. Greet customers and handle calls, inquiries, and walk-in orders promptly and courteously. Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist other Legacy departments as needed. What We’re Looking For Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Ability to obtain and maintain an applicator license with herbicide and pesticide endorsements. Working knowledge of agriculture and applicable ODA and EPA regulations. Good computer, organizational, and recordkeeping skills. A dependable team member who can also work independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Flexibility to meet changing priorities during busy seasons. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; OABA Student Credential is a plus. Schedule The standard workweek is Monday through Friday. Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak seasons. Limited overnight travel may also be required.
