Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping activities. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including heavy lifting protocols and forklift operation standards. Manage scheduling, time management, and workload distribution for team members to meet operational deadlines. Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and logistics teams to support e-commerce fulfillment Lead training initiatives on warehouse procedures, packaging standards, and the use of warehouse management systems. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills and leadership qualities. Skills Proven experience supervising warehouse operations within manufacturing or distribution environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are a plus. Knowledge of supply chain processes, order picking techniques, and warehouse distribution strategies. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Customer service orientation with excellent analysis skills for data-driven decision making.
