About Peak Stack Wholesale Peak Stack Wholesale is a growing liquidation and wholesale business serving resellers, small businesses, and local customers throughout Central Texas. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse & Store Operations Lead to help manage our day-to-day warehouse and customer operations. This is a hands-on position with growth potential . We are looking for someone who is willing to do the work alongside the team today and has the potential to develop into an Operations Manager as the business grows. Responsibilities Receive, unload, organize, label, and stage pallets and merchandise Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and customer area Prepare customer pickups, orders, shipments, and mystery boxes accurately Assist customers with purchases, pickups, and general questions Help maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies or damaged merchandise Operate pallet jacks, stackers, carts, and other warehouse equipment after training Assist with opening and closing the warehouse Keep tools, supplies, equipment, pallets, and merchandise organized Identify and complete necessary tasks without requiring constant supervision Communicate customer concerns, inventory issues, equipment problems, and mistakes quickly Learn and use our POS and operational systems Take increasing ownership of daily warehouse and store operations Help coordinate other employees or temporary workers as the company grows Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish is REQUIRED. The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and comfortable with physical warehouse work Organized and attentive to detail Friendly and professional with customers Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable taking initiative and identifying what needs to be done Able to solve basic problems and communicate when assistance is needed Honest and accountable when mistakes happen Comfortable learning technology and business systems Interested in growing into a leadership or management position Available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule Previous warehouse, retail, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, or operations experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule Full-Time — approximately 40 hours per week Schedule follows Peak Stack Wholesale’s business hours and operational needs. Weekend availability is required. Pay $19–$22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Performance and compensation will be reviewed as the employee demonstrates the ability to take on additional operational and leadership responsibilities. Growth Opportunity We are specifically looking for someone who wants more than just a warehouse job. The right candidate will be trained across receiving, inventory, warehouse operations, fulfillment, customer service, and daily store operations. As you demonstrate reliability, good judgment, initiative, and leadership, there will be an opportunity to take on greater responsibility and develop toward an Operations Manager position.
