Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Staff member, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient distribution operations. Responsibilities Manage inventory control through accurate tracking and updating using warehouse management systems such as AS400 and RF scanners Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Support warehouse distribution activities by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with precision and speed Conduct stock replenishment and ensure proper stocking procedures to optimize storage space and accessibility Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and maintaining detailed records Perform materials handling tasks involving heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge to ensure safe movement of goods Maintain compliance with OSHA standards by following safety protocols during all warehouse operations Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or similar platforms Skilled in operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification is a plus Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance when necessary Ability to handle physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling safely Prior experience with shipping & receiving procedures and use of RF scanners for order picking is preferred Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments is highly desirable Join us in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real difference!
