Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse Specialist oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures materials flow efficiently between departments, maintains accurate inventory, and supports a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Duties & Responsibilities Manage inventory counts and material locations across both manufacturing facilities Ensure accurate purchase order receipts for all incoming products Supervise warehouse shipping and receiving activities Oversee truck and midsize shipment processes and coordinate vendor pickups Pick products and generate packing lists for customer parts orders Stage completed parts between operations to support production flow Complete warehouse issue and pick transactions Assist with inventory reconciliation, work order closing, and cycle counts Prepare, document, load, and unload the plant transfer truck Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse always Core Competencies Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and basic math skills Dependable and reliable work ethic Ability to life 50 lbs or more throughout the day Familiarity with warehouse operations and standard inventory practices Qualifications & Education requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred Knowledge of inventory processes, equipment operation, data entry, and basic computer skills Forklift operator experience required Requires walking, sitting or standing for extended periods of time An Equal Opportunity Employer Pre-Employment Drug Testing Required.
