Job Posting: Warehouse Specialist We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Specialist to join our team! In this versatile role, you will be a vital part of our daily operations, handling everything from shipping and receiving to forklift operation, inventory staging, and production support. If you enjoy a mix of warehouse work, we want to hear from you! Compensation & Schedule Position Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM . Enjoy your nights and weekends! Compensation: From $21.00 per hour About Us We supply essential equipment and critical support services to IVF and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) laboratories. Our warehouse and logistics team play a central role in ensuring clients receive the flawless service they expect. What You’ll Be Doing Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload trucks and stage inventory. Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against pick tickets. Accurately pick, pack, band, wrap, and label orders for shipment. Digital Tracking: Use the computer to process shipments and track transit status. Production Support: Use power tools to open and close wooden crates, and assist with basic assembly and product batching. Safety & Maintenance: Keep walkways, aisles, and workstations clean and free of hazards by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. Qualifications & Requirements Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, bend, and climb throughout a standard 8-hour shift, and to safely lift and move warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis. Driving Record: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transit (Required). Forklift Experience: Proven ability to safely operate a forklift. Certification preferred. Power Tools: Experienced and comfortable using basic power tools safely. Skills: Sharp attention to detail for reading pick tickets and processing shipping labels. Warehouse Know-How: General warehouse experience is preferred—bonus points if you've done a bit of everything!
