Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. Job Responsibilities Carefully break down pallets and sort various electronic components. Separate, identify, and organize materials according to instructions. Read small labels, part numbers, and product information accurately. Handle components carefully to avoid damage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Qualifications No previous experience required — training provided! Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand work instructions, identify components, and communicate effectively. Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Ability to read small print, labels, and part numbers. Good communication and listening skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Flexibility to work occasional weekends if needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements, including grasping, sorting, and handling small components. Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity for handling delicate materials.
