Warehouse Site Manager
ConfidentialWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee, scale, and optimize high-volume operations managing a team of over 100+ personnel. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the operational efficiency, team leadership, service level delivery, and client satisfaction of the facility. You will act as the primary liaison between client leadership, onsite teams, and senior operations management to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day warehouse and facility operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly throughput targets and client service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Team Management: Directly lead, mentor, and coach assistant managers, supervisors, and front-line staff. Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, employee development, and progressive discipline in accordance with company policy. Budget & Resource Planning: Manage onsite operational budgets, forecasting models, and resource allocation to optimize labor costs, equipment efficiency, and material usage. Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership, ensuring proactive communication, resolving high-priority issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor productivity metrics, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Workflow & Equipment Optimization: Schedule and prioritize operational tasks, including overflow capacity management, while maintaining facility equipment and supplies. Compliance & Safety: Foster a safe, inclusive, and constructive workplace environment adhering to corporate policies and safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience in a large-scale warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or high-volume operational setting. Proven track record of managing large teams (100+ headcount) and complex operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or operational ERP tools. Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve complex operational and client challenges through negotiation and strategic communication. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build immediate credibility with clients and staff.
