Materials Planner

Insight Global is seeking a Material Planning Associate to join a leading pharmaceutical client, in Groton, CT. This individual will support the Global Materials Management team by ensuring the timely planning, qualification, and supply of materials required for research and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating across multiple functions to maintain uninterrupted production schedules and support compliance with internal quality standards. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or related operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
