Lux Lounge EFRCompany: Lux Lounge EFR Location: 6003 Bandini Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90040 Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Job Description Lux Lounge EFR is hiring experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialists to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing merchandise is accurately counted, inspected, documented, and properly handled. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming merchandise. Prepare, stage, and verify outbound orders. Match merchandise against packing lists, orders, and inventory records. Perform quality control checks before shipping and upon returns. Identify and document shortages, overages, and damages. Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Use inventory software and barcode scanners to track merchandise. Coordinate loading and unloading with drivers and dispatch. Verify inventory transfers and maintain accurate documentation. Organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate discrepancies and operational concerns to management. Qualif1ations Minimum 2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong experience with inbound and outbound inventory operations. Knowledge of inventory systems, scanners, and Excel. Experience reading packing lists and shipping documents. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Furniture handling, event rentals, or logistics experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands that every piece of merchandise must be accounted for, whether entering or leaving the warehouse. Compensation: $19–$24/hour DOE.
