Warehouse-Shipping & Receiving

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the daily flow of materials in and out of our warehouse, ensuring shipments are accurate, organized, and handled safely. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well with others, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Unload and organize incoming materials Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other shipping methods Load and unload trucks safely Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as applicable Maintain accurate inventory and proper material locations Complete shipping paperwork, packing lists, BOLs, and related documentation Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments Perform other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred Ability to read and understand packing lists, shipping documents, and labels Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift 50+ and move materials as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Good communication and organizational skills Forklift experience is a plus What We Offer Full-time, consistent Monday–Friday schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM — a fresh start to the weekend!
