Warehouse Shipping Associate

Duties Prepare, package, and label products for shipment using proper packing materials and techniques to ensure safe delivery. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, update records, and process orders accurately. Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory management efforts. Verify shipping documentation, process inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred; familiarity with shipping & receiving processes is a plus. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory adjustments. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment such as order pickers. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure precise record keeping. Good communication skills with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and operational efficiency. Knowledge of international trade regulations or trade compliance is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
