Test Gauge & Backflow Supply, Inc.About the Role We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position with a steady schedule and an important part in our daily operation. Your morning starts early: staging customer orders and loading delivery trucks so our drivers can head out on time. The rest of the day is spent preparing shipments, stocking product, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. What You'll Do Stage customer orders for daily delivery routes Verify and load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently Pick, box, and prepare orders for shipping Unload incoming shipments, then stock and organize product Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Use saws, grinders, and other power tools as needed Keep the warehouse and loading areas clean, organized, and safe Help out wherever the team needs you What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual; ready to start at 6:00 AM Strong attention to detail. Trucks need to leave right the first time Able to work at a steady pace, independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical work all day, including repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. Basic computer skills Warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred Forklift certification preferred; must be able to get certified Power tool experience a plus; we'll train you High school diploma or equivalent preferred Pay & Benefits $21/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Pay: $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
