Warehouse Shipping Associate

Shipping & Receiving Associate Join a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Team Where Every Shipment Matters! We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our manufacturing and logistics operations by handling inventory, preparing shipments, operating material handling equipment, and providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. What You'll Do ✅ Safely operate forklifts, Wave machines, and other material handling equipment ✅ Load, unload, move, and store raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility ✅ Pull orders from pick lists and verify parts, quantities, and transaction accuracy ✅ Package, label, band, and weigh shipments according to work instructions and customer requirements ✅ Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including freight bills and export paperwork ✅ Coordinate shipments with freight carriers and provide tracking information, packing lists, and shipping updates ✅ Verify material markings, certifications, and receiving documentation ✅ Utilize Oracle/JDE software to process inventory movements, shipping transactions, and order fulfillment activities ✅ Operate manual and automatic banding equipment and various power tools ✅ Support receiving, kitting, inventory, and warehouse operations while maintaining a clean and organized work area ✅ Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to learn and obtain certifications for forklifts, Wave machines, overhead hoists, and other equipment Basic math and reading comprehension skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to cross-train Flexibility to work overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience Shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, or kitting experience Forklift and Wave machine operating experience Experience with Oracle/JDE or similar ERP systems Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✔ Stable manufacturing environment ✔ Hands-on role with variety throughout the day ✔ Opportunity to learn new equipment and grow your skills ✔ Team-oriented culture focused on safety and success ✔ Overtime opportunities available ✔ Career growth potential within operations and logistics Ideal Job Titles for This Position Shipping & Receiving Associate Warehouse Logistics Associate Shipping Coordinator Material Handler Forklift Shipping Specialist Warehouse & Inventory Associate Logistics Support Associate Apply today and become a key part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently from production to customer delivery!
