Leveraging our family’s 20+ years of experience in the wedding textile industry allows us to partner with leading designers from around the world and make dresses from ultra luxe imported fabrics. Hiring for a warehouse shipping and receiving associate, previous warehouse experience is not required but is a plus. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and ensuring proper documentation Identify and communicate potential inventory issues. Organize and stock inventory in designated areas Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare shipping labels and documents for outgoing shipments Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Basic customer service for questions/cancelled order/Return/Refund. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred but not required Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse operations Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners oversea Skills: - Order fulfillment - E-commerce - Stock management - Basic math skills for inventory management - Picking and packing orders accurately - Warehouse organization and maintenance - Shipping and receiving procedures A plus but not required: Previous experience with Shippo, Veeqo, Fedex, USPS and UPS. Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and standards Bilingual in Mandarin/English Job Types: Part-time.
