Ready to get paid to stay active? Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Selector and help make sure our customers receive the products they need accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you'll build customer orders, operate an electric pallet jack, and work alongside your team to get the job done. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of every shift, this could be a great fit. Starting pay: $21.50/hour, plus productivity-based incentives that provide the opportunity to earn more. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to completion , typically 8+ hours. Earlier finishes are possible when work is completed ahead of schedule; holiday work may be required. Regular and dependable attendance is important to our team's success. What You'll Do Select and build accurate customer orders. Work toward a goal of 1,000+ cases per shift. Operate an electric pallet jack and order-selection equipment. Build, wrap, and transport pallets to the appropriate dock. Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and damage. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. What We're Looking For Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Experience with physically active work such as sports, fitness, farming, construction, or patient care is a plus. Ability to operate warehouse equipment after training. Basic reading and math skills. Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. This Is an Active Job This position is a great fit for someone who likes to move and stay busy. During your shift, you can expect to: Spend most of the shift standing and walking. Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 20–80 pounds , with occasional movement of items weighing more than 100 pounds. Work in dry, cooler, and freezer areas with temperatures ranging from approximately -10°F to 85°F . Work around warehouse equipment in an environment that can be noisy. Ready to get moving?
