Mandarin-Speaking Warehouse Scanner/Labeler Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00/hourLocation: Houston, TXJob Type: Full-Time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWork Location: In Person About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Scanner/Labeler to support our warehouse and LTL operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and LTL experience and be responsible for accurately scanning, labeling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. Mandarin-speaking is required. The candidate must be able to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Operate handheld/RF scanners to track incoming and outgoing inventory. Print and apply labels accurately to products and boxes. Verify product information, quantities, and shipping details. Assist with LTL shipments, including receiving, sorting, staging, and preparing freight. Review and handle shipping documentation, including BOLs, when needed. Sort, organize, and prepare products for storage or shipment. Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Experience & Skills Previous warehouse experience required. Previous LTL experience required. Mandarin speaker required. At least 1 year of scanning/labeling experience preferred or required. Experience using RF/handheld scanners preferred. Familiarity with BOLs and shipping documentation preferred. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Education & Certifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Work Schedule Full-Time Sunday–Friday Saturday and one additional weekday off Weekend and overtime availability may be required based on business volume.
