Position Summary Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation of produce storage, processing, packing, and common work areas. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards while supporting daily warehouse operations. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize warehouse, produce handling, packing, and storage areas. Remove trash, cardboard, pallets, and other debris from work areas. Sweep, mop, and wash floors, walls, equipment, and work surfaces. Use high- and low-pressure wash systems as required. Follow established sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines. Safely use cleaning agents, detergents, and sanitizing chemicals in accordance with SDS/MSDS requirements. Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and report any sanitation concerns. Maintain sanitation equipment and cleaning supplies. Follow all safety policies and procedures while performing cleaning and sanitation tasks. Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse as needed. About You High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 months of related cleaning, sanitation, warehouse, or food production experience preferred. Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment. Ability to read labels and follow written instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. The above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
