This is where you start. No experience needed, just a work ethic and a willingness to learn. You'll begin in our warehouse, where you'll be in charge of the items our customers trust us to hold: logging them in, storing them, finding them fast and keeping them safe. As you learn the business, you'll spend more of your time out front with customers on loans and sales. Some people stay in the warehouse and become the person we can't run without. Others move to the counter within months. It depends on what you show us. You'll get real, hands-on training, not a video and a shrug. Your pay and your next step depend on how you perform and how fast you learn, not on how long you've been here. Speaking Spanish is a plus, and we pay for it. We also care about staying power. We're training you for the long run, so we want people who stick around, not people who change jobs every few months. What you'll do Receive, tag, store and pull customer items and store inventory, accurately and carefully Keep the warehouse organized so anything can be found in seconds Move merchandise between the warehouse and the sales floor Learn how to evaluate jewelry, gold and merchandise Help out at the counter, then take on loans and sales as you're ready Keep the store and warehouse clean and sharp What gets you hired You're dependable: you show up on time and you finish what you start You're careful with details and with other people's belongings You're coachable and want to grow into a customer-facing role You're comfortable on your feet, lifting and moving merchandise Basic computer skills You can pass a background check Bonus: Spanish, retail or stockroom experience If you're looking for a first step that leads somewhere, with real training and a team that promotes from within, apply today.
