Your Shift Snapshot You'll check what's arriving, and get set up with your scanner and equipment. As trailers come in, you'll move between dock, cooler/freezer, and dry storage, keeping a steady pace and staying alert around traffic and cold temps. Between arrivals, you'll tidy up as you go-because a clean lane is a safe lane-and you'll spot small issues early (a damaged pallet, a missing label, a short count) so they don't turn into big ones. Expect a mix of teamwork, focused solo time, and plenty of movement. Weekends, holidays, and evenings are part of the schedule. This position offers a four-day workweek: Wednesday-Friday, 6:00AM-4:30PM; Saturday, 5AM-1PM. The Role, Clearly As a Warehouse Receiving Swing Shift teammate in Janesville, you'll help keep product flowing into the building so customer orders can be filled on time. You'll receive palletized freight, verify it in our system, and put it away accurately. Key responsibilities include operating a stand-up reach truck, electric pallet jack, sit-down forklift, and clamper truck; scanning and tracking pallets with an RF system; receiving in a computer system and completing put-away; restocking/replenishing; meeting productivity expectations; and keeping your area clean, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Required qualifications/skills: High School Diploma (or equivalent) Ability to read/write basic communications and do basic math Forklift certification (or ability to obtain/maintain) Regular attendance; ability to lift/push/pull 60+ pounds and work in freezer/cooler/dry areas Preferred: 6+ months warehouse experience; 1+ year stand-up reach truck If you're ready to learn fast, work smart, and keep things moving, apply today.
