Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to accurately pick customer orders and replacement items while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Essential Duties: Accurately pick orders and replacement items by quantity and SKU. Process a high volume of orders with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and management instructions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Previous experience preferred, but not required. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Regularly stand, walk, reach, bend, and crouch throughout the workday. Lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 35 pounds.
