ConfidentialWarehouse Production Associate What You'll Do: Order Picking: Review order sheets or use handheld RF scanners to locate and pull the correct products from warehouse shelves. Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing. Packing: Select appropriate boxes and use protective materials (like bubble wrap or packing peanuts) to ensure safe transit. Labeling & Shipping: Weigh packages, print accurate shipping labels, seal containers, and prepare them for carrier pickup. Inventory Management: Report low stock or discrepancies, and assist with stocking shelves. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for 8-12 hour shifts and repetitively lift weights usually ranging from 30 to 50 pounds. Accuracy & Organization: Strong attention to detail to ensure the correct products are sent to the correct customers. Technology: Comfort with using basic inventory and shipping software or barcode scanners. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Comfortable using basic technology such as scanners, tablets, or inventory systems (training provided). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
