Position Summary The Warehouse Product Photographer role is responsible for photographing inbound product for quality documentation and the internal-facing photo library, and operating the Cubiscan to capture accurate package dimensions, weight, and setting up new items in the system. Job Specific Requirements · access picture browser · reset picture and camera counters · load list of items to be photographed · select different angles for outer and inner photos in the picture browser · merge list with downloaded images · batch images and send to server · check if the picture browser matches with the camera · set camera shutter · set camera exposure · set up lighting fixtures · take photos of damaged product · send files of damaged product to mgmt. · Knows what to do if the list created in the picture browser does not match with the camera · gather and prepare new items for initial setup in the photo library · create new item entries in the picture browser for items not previously photographed · verify item information (SKU, description) matches the physical product before photographing · organize and label initial setup photos for use in the customer-facing photo library · coordinate with inspection and receiving staff to identify new items requiring initial photo setup · operate the Cubiscan machine to capture the length, width, height, and weight of each package · input dimension and weight readings into the 4D/WMS system accurately · verify that dimension and weight data matches the correct item/SKU before saving · recognize and report equipment malfunctions or inaccurate Cubiscan readings · perform routine checks on the Cubiscan machine as required · Experience working within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) · Demonstrates an understanding of company inspection guidelines including cone placement, sample size determination, level classification and approval hierarchy. · Actively seeks guidance or engages colleagues, as appropriate, when a second review is needed · Maintains an awareness of, and correct application of Inspection procedures and to product quality standards · Maintains order and organization in and around workstation · Efficiently navigates 4D and WMS System and execute functions in electronic inspection form · Demonstrates cooperation and gains respect and trust of co-workers · Takes initiative for continuous improvement by actively seeking out new responsibilities and demonstrates a willingness to learn other areas of the business · Demonstrates flexibility, time management and the ability to adjust work plans to meet changing company needs · Demonstrates the ability to take direction, accept guidance and receive criticism willingly · Demonstrates the ability to follow through on specified assignments independently · Meets company standards of attendance and punctuality · Participates in and contributes to team effectiveness · Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers · Demonstrates the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills · Understands company culture, strategic vision and impact of their role on company success · Listens actively and expresses thou…
