Lead Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist : Casco Bay Food and Beverage, Maine’s premier on-site refreshment services company and a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), is looking for a reliable, team-oriented Lead Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on lead role working alongside the warehouse team while helping keep daily receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping organized and on track. What You’ll Like Reliable Sunday–Thursday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to finish Friday and Saturday off A hands-on lead role where you can help guide and support the warehouse team A fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Full benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and matching 401(k) Employee ownership through our ESOP — giving you a stake in the success you help create What You’ll Do Accurately fulfill orders using vend management systems and established procedures Help coordinate daily warehouse activities and keep work moving efficiently Assist with receiving, inspecting, stocking, and organizing incoming products Stock and rotate inventory using code dates and FIFO procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Identify and report damaged, missing, or expired products Support inventory counts and accurate product transfers Help train new team members and reinforce warehouse, food safety, and workplace safety procedures Maintain a strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, layout, and inventory Complete basic administrative tasks and other duties as needed Lead by example through reliability, accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of warehouse or distribution experience Previous lead or team-support experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Clear communication skills and the ability to provide direction and support to others Basic inventory knowledge and intermediate computer/data-entry skills Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including refrigerated areas Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Willingness to work additional hours when needed to complete daily responsibilities At Casco Bay Food and Beverage, we’re Dedicated to Excellence in Every Interaction.
