Warehouse & Procurement Coordinator

We handle commercial, industrial, and residential electrical work and are an authorized Cummins generator dealer. We keep projects moving by staying organized and supporting each other, and this role is at the center of making that happen. The Role Managing warehouse materials and purchasing for our field crews, ensuring the right materials are in stock, properly organized, staged, and ready when needed. You’ll work closely with our office staff and electricians each day to help keep projects running efficiently. Responsibilities Warehouse Pull, stage, and prepare material orders for job sites Receive deliveries, check them against orders, and put inventory away Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Track tools and equipment checked out to jobs and returned Load and unload trucks and deliveries Procurement Order materials, parts, and supplies from vendors based on job needs Request quotes, compare pricing, and place purchase orders Track open orders and follow up on deliveries and backorders Maintain stock levels on common items and reorder before they run out Match packing slips to purchase orders and invoices; flag discrepancies Handle returns and warranty items with suppliers Build good working relationships with our vendors Requirements Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds Basic computer skills, including Excel and email Willingness to learn new software and technology Reliable, organized, and a team player Good Communication Skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in the electrical trade or with electrical materials Purchasing, inventory, or supply-house experience Forklift experience Schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Full-time, on-site. Four-day work week with three-day weekends every week. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $17+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
