Responsibilities Efficiently pick orders using order picker equipment to ensure accurate fulfillment Pack products securely, preparing them for shipping while maintaining quality control standards Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize inventory Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Stock shelves systematically to optimize warehouse distribution flow and accessibility Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in stock replenishment activities Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments Ability to operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks; certification preferred Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting Excellent attention to detail for quality control during picking and packing processes Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and warehouse supervisors Join us in delivering excellence every day!
