Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our Shipping Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. What You’ll Do Accurately pick products from inventory based on order sheets Carefully pack and prepare items for shipment Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with the shipping team to meet daily goals What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience Familiarity with scanner guns and basic shipping software is a plus Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Naturepedic Competitive pay: $17–$19/hour Consistent weekday schedule (no rotating shifts) Supportive, family-oriented work culture Opportunities for growth within a stable, mission-driven company Naturepedic does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
