b. The Concrete Mixer Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of concrete, supporting the successful completion of construction projects.
Duties
• Safely operate and drive concrete mixer trucks to transport ready-mixed concrete to designated locations.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, and mixing equipment.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
• Assist with loading or unloading concrete as needed, following safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries on the road and at job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the mixer truck to ensure optimal operation.
Skills
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no restrictions.
• Proven experience operating concrete mixer trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and site personnel.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading, unloading, and long hours on the road.
• Attention to detail in maintaining logs and adhering to delivery schedules.

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,500.00 per week
