Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment and receiving. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate mechanical and manual pallet jacks. The shift currently available is: Monday-Friday: 7AM - 3PM Responsibilities Manage inventory levels twice per month and assist in stock replenishment processes daily. Operate warehouse equipment such as Mechanical and manual Pallet jacks, and RF scanners to facilitate the movement of goods. Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet operational goals. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Strong skills in inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks safely. Willingness to learn company procedures and follow through without altering. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds) and stand for entire shift. Excellent attention to detail and packaging with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
