Warehouse Person The Habegger Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Associate to help get HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies into the hands of the contractors who need them. This role combines warehouse work with scheduled local deliveries, so you'll help keep orders accurate and provide friendly service when meeting customers. Habegger has served the HVAC industry since 1952. We're a family-owned company and the largest independent Bryant distributor in North America, supplying contractors across multiple states. Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break What Habegger Offers Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life and AD&D insurance 401(k) with company match HSA and FSA options Profit sharing What You'll Do Check incoming shipments of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies for accuracy and damage. Pull, pack, label, and stage orders for customers and other locations. Load and unload vehicles using material-handling equipment as trained. Make local deliveries and pickups, including scheduled deliveries in a 26-foot box truck. Some locations use a pickup truck for smaller loads. Track product movement, keep inventory organized, and help with cycle counts. Keep the warehouse and delivery vehicle clean and safe. Alert the team to shortages, damaged products, or delivery concerns. What You'll Need A valid Class C non-CDL driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements. A DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one upon hire with company assistance. The ability to drive safely and follow applicable delivery and driving requirements. The ability to read order details, count products accurately, and use a computer or handheld scanner. The ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required for the role, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. A dependable, organized approach and comfort working with teammates and customers. Warehouse, delivery, HVAC parts, and forklift experience are helpful but not required.
