Pronto PlumbingDrain, Inc . is seeking a hands-on Warehouse / Parts Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and support our plumbing, heating, cooling, and drain service teams. For more than 50 years, we've served Central Pennsylvania with a focus on quality workmanship and dependable customer service. What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you'll help keep technicians equipped, prepared, and ready for the workday by managing inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations. Warehouse Operations : Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse; receive deliveries and verify orders. Inventory Management : Maintain stock levels, conduct cycle counts, track inventory, and address discrepancies. Truck StockJob Readiness : Keep technician trucks stocked and coordinate materials and equipment for scheduled jobs. PurchasingVendors : Order parts and supplies, compare pricing and availability, and maintain vendor relationships. ReturnsCost Control: Manage unused materials, warranty returns, vendor credits, and accurate receiving records. What We're Looking For Previous experience managing a warehouse, parts department, or inventory operation with 3 to 5 direct reports to manage, schedulegrow. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or another skilled-trades environment strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage inventory accurately and stay ahead of material needs Comfortable working with vendors, technicians, and internal teams Good computer and recordkeeping skills Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced service environment Dependable, hands-on approach to warehouse operations Leadership experience and the ability to maintain warehouse processes and inventory standards Help improve warehouse procedures, inventory controls, and day-to-day workflows Promote a safe, clean, and professional warehouse environment Provide leadership and direction to ensure warehouse standards are consistently followed Service Titan CRM experience preferred, but NOT required. What Success Looks Like Early start, full-day commitment. Ready to support technicians from 6:30 AM through the end of the workday, typically 4-5 PM. Pride in organization. Maintains a clean, safe, well-organized warehouse and takes initiative to address issues. Leads by example. Takes ownership, solves problems, and holds the team accountable to high standards. Respect for others. Values military members, first responders, and law enforcement and treats everyone with professionalism.
