Our Canton, Georgia location is currently seeking a Full-Time Parcel Admin Support professional. The schedule will be Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm, and overtime will be required during peak seasons or based on business needs.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Parcel Induction Admin Support role is responsible for overseeing and executing all administrative functions related to parcel order management within our Picking and Packing department. This includes processing, checking, and monitoring orders through the WMS and LM systems, ensuring accurate workflow, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with operational teams to resolve exceptions. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, review, and validate parcel orders through the WMS and related systems.
- Monitor order flow and identify delays, exceptions, or pick/pack discrepancies.
- Support parcel induction processes to ensure accurate and timely order movement.
- Assist with light system configuration tasks, such as updating order statuses, resolving order errors, and reassigning work as needed.
- Collaborate with Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Provide training assistance for handheld devices, scanning processes, and system workflows as required.
- Perform administrative reporting, including productivity tracking, order status updates, and daily operational summaries.
- Maintain familiarity with bin locations, order components, cartonization, and parcel workflows.
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and other applications to manage documents, data, and reports.
- Support warehouse operations through cross-training and hands-on tasks when necessary, including packing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within parcel processing and system workflows.
- Always maintain safe working practices.
- Work overtime as required, including early starts, late shifts, or weekends during peak periods.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment required; parcel or small-package operations experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of WMS and/or LMS systems (Manhattan Active experience a plus).
- Familiarity with handheld scanners, order induction, and pick/pack workflows.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email use, file handling, and working within network folder structures.
- Ability to determine kits, components, and Ubique Group product configurations.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when supporting warehouse activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
- Manual dexterity required for handling small items.
